CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Free Trial
QuoteMate offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time inside the application settings.

• Monthly Plans: If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing month. You will not be charged again.

• Annual Plans: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing year.

3. No Refunds
Because we offer a fully functional free trial to test the software before paying, QuoteMate does not offer refunds for partial months or unused annual terms.

4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, if you cancelled before the trial expired but were still billed), please contact us immediately. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will issue a full refund if the error was ours.
