Welcome to QuoteMate. By accessing our website and using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Service
QuoteMate provides estimation and quoting software for the construction and landscaping trades. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all final quotes, material quantities, and prices. QuoteMate is not liable for under-quoted jobs or material shortages resulting from the use of our software.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

• Billing: Services are billed monthly or annually in advance.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds: As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. QuoteMate cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuoteMate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
